| Summary, etc. | La partie italienne de la loi agraire de 111 avant J.-C. (lignes 1-42) mit fin aux bouleversements des réformes révolutionnaires des Gracques. L’auteur, qui avait précédemment étudié les lignes 43-95 consacrées à l’Afrique (PUFC 2015) d’un texte qu’il identifie comme une lex Baebia, soutient que le vectigal fut maintenu en Italie, que la privatisation n’est pas une propriété exclusive du bénéficiaire sur les terres conquises qui constituèrent l’ager publicus Populi Romani, que cette privatisation fut une possession soumise à certaines obligations de mise en valeur et que la propriété éminente de la Res Publica se maintint à travers les temps. Malgré son extrême mutilation, la fin de l’inscription (lignes 95-105), permet d’établir que la terre de la cité de Corinthe détruite fut, sauf la partie concédée et assignée aux Sicyoniens, mesurée, bornée, puis mise en vente publiquement à Rome sous forme de petits lots. The Italian part of the Lex agraria of 111 BC (lines 1-42) put an end to the upheavals of the revolutionary reforms of the Gracchi. The author, who had previously studied lines 43-95 devoted to Africa (PUFC 2015) of a text he identifies as a lex Baebia, argues that the vectigal was maintained in Italy, that privatisation was not an exclusive property of the beneficiary on the conquered lands that constituted the ager publicus Populi Romani, that this privatisation was a possession subject to certain development obligations and that the eminent ownership of the Res Publica was maintained through time.
